INFORMATION FOR GREEN CARD LOTTERY WINNERS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  1. If you do not have a U.S. address, you may use the address of Mikhail Portnov’s IT School (www.portnov.net) located in Sunnyvale, California.
  2. The information below is up to date – any changes will be immediately reflected on this page.
  3. This service is free of charge.
  4. During your interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate, you may be asked:
    1. Do you know the person whose address you are giving? – You say that he is a well-known YouTube blogger (SiliconValleyVoice), and the owner of a computer school who helps beginners, and has been living in the USA for over 30 years.
    2. Have you contacted me before? – Write to me in MS Teams at mportnov@hotmail.com and I will respond. Show them this conversation.
    3. Is this a paid service? (There are scammers who charge money using our name) – Say NO, print and show them this page where it says that it’s free.
  5. To receive your documents, send two envelopes to our office address (one for all SSNs, and one for all Green Cards).
  6. Each envelope must be stamped and include your mailing address. We simply place the documents inside and drop them in the mailbox. Fold both envelopes in half and place them inside a third envelope (same type) that you send to us.
  7. In addition to the envelopes, please include a cover letter listing the names of the people the documents are for (especially if family members have different last names), and your contact information in the U.S.

  10. ENVELOPE: Use a Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope. Fill out both addresses on the back of the envelope. The postage stamp goes in the upper right corner of the back side.
