Web Testing Bootcamp – 6-week-long bootcamp with a Portnov Online partner software company
- This bootcamp will feature an environment of a real IT company with the real live web based application
- Understand the real-world QA processes; get confidence performing variety of testing types
- Receive daily individual tasks and assignments
- Agile Scrum Framework with all Scrum rituals: Daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning and Retrospective Analysis meetings, Sprint Review meetings
- Perform REST API testing: Creating Postman Collections, working with Swagger and Web Development tools
- Write and execute SQL queries for back-end testing, PostgreSQL Database
- Practice Test Automation with Cucumber, Selenium WebDriver, and Java, practice building locators for the web elements
- Use Jira – Agile management tool
- Write Test Cases (positive, negative, boundary) & file Bug Reports
- Perform various types of testing: regression, build acceptance/smoke, browser compatibility, UI
- Have online support in group and individual chats in Slack.
- The bootcamp runs 2-3 times a year with no more than 24 participants at a time
- Practice answering interview questions; build a QA network and have fun
